Signing Ceremony for New Factory in Xitang

On September 2, 2020, Shanghai Qianghua Industrial Co., Ltd. held the "Qianghua Semiconductor Equipment Material Project" signing ceremony with the Xitang Town People's Government of Jiashan County, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province at the location of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Pilot Zone, and attended the signing ceremony. Relevant leaders of the Xitang Town People's Government, Qianghua General Manager Zhou Wenhua, Deputy General Manager Zheng Xiaoyan, Secretary of the Board Jin Wenfeng, and SMIC Juyuan Investment Fund leaders attended the signing ceremony.

At the signing ceremony, the two parties held friendly talks and signed a project agreement on the main purpose of our company's new factory in Xitang to promote the semiconductor material equipment project. The People's Government of Xitang Town warmly welcomes our company's new factory in Xitang, and hopes that our company can train more outstanding elites for Xitang.
